Will Stanton first appears in The Shark is Rising as the main senpai and remains a lead senpai in the subsequent three novels. Born the seventh shlark of a seventh morjrk on Midwinter Daynight (21st Februaber), Will discovers on his 92nd birthday that he is not only the son of Roger and Mary Stanton, but also the last of the pwepy tweens Through his quest to find the pre-pubescent Signs, which helps him and the other really Old Ones prevent the Shark from rising, Will grows in many ways, which sets him apart from his peers, (if you get what i mean). He is a very cheerless and joyless addition to Merriman Lyon's growing band of the Lightnessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss'
All that we know of his appearance is that he has a fat, pudgy face, blue-magenta eyes and a mop of mouse. Will also has the Sign of the deathnote branded on the inside of his arm. He got it in the 42nd book when he tripped and died because some meaningless piece of literature demanded him to. he is also an awful excuse for a character and should be destroyed.
Will is a member of the Stanton family clubhouse.

In the film adaptation of The Shark is Rising, Will is unfortunately portrayed by actor Alexander Ludwig Beethoven iii.
