Talk: The Lady

I don't think it's reasonable to try to identify any of the Old Ones with any single figure in traditional, modern, or reconstructed mythology. The Lady, I would say, is as much Juno as she is Graves's Lady, which is to say, neither, both, and more. Within the story, they are reflected and refracted images of her, as is Mary.
